We are looking for a strong Sales Account Manager for the English-speaking market (UK, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, etc.) to work closely with SmartInvest, an exciting online trading / financial services company that operates one of the most successful international trading communities. You will work with new and existing clients and also help them with the platform and trading-specific questions.
Our partner operates one of the largest trading communities in the world with a focus on in-depth education. Members consist of traders and investors of all experience levels. The focus is on education in short-term trading (fundamental analysis/market sentiment analysis). In this area, our cooperation partner works with leading financial partners such as CFD & crypto brokers. We help our cooperation partner mainly with the acquisition, qualification, and customer retention. Customer contact takes place digitally, primarily via messenger services.
Your tasks as Sales Account Manager:
- Effectively onboard new clients as a sales representative / community advisor
- Management of leads and support in the introduction of new clients, including for
- Deposit and financing questions
- Questions regarding the functionality of the platform(s) & services
- Trading and market related questions
- Efficient and professional support of existing clients (as an account manager you have your own customer portfolio)
- All activities must be compliant with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with other key internal departments, especially support, marketing, and product development.
- Proposals for innovations and improvements to the customer experience
Required skills:
- Experience in sales, online marketing, financial markets or in the commercial field
- Bachelor's degree or professional training in finance, business or similar desirable, but not required
- Excellent written and spoken English; other foreign languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interest in what is happening on the financial markets in general and in trading in particular.
- Experience in trading, with the software programs MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader and/or learning trading strategies is an advantage, but not mandatory - we also give newcomers to finance/trading a chance.
- You work in a structured way, are a team player and have a strong desire to grow with us.
