About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our payments and fintech solutions in the Philippine market. This is a strategic leadership position ideal for someone with a strong client portfolio and deep industry knowledge. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing enterprise clients while building and leading a high-performance sales team.
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with large enterprise clients in the payments and fintech sectors
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive aggressive growth targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery to clients
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the payments or fintech industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles at reputable financial technology or payment service providers
- Must have an existing portfolio of enterprise clients in the Philippines
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized
