About the Role -
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager/Associate Director experienced to own and grow our Philippines market. It's a market-maker role. You'll be the face of IDfy to the country's biggest banks, fintechs, and digital platforms, building partnerships that directly shape IDfy's regional trajectory.

What You'll Own -
Revenue Growth
Drive net new ARR across enterprise accounts in banking, fintech, eCommerce, lending, and payments verticals.
Own the full sales cycle from C-level prospecting to commercial negotiation and close.
Accurately forecast pipeline, territory performance, and account expansion on a quarterly basis.
Account Expansion
Develop and execute strategic account plans with a sharp focus on upsell and cross-sell motions.
Build multi-threaded relationships across multiple stakeholders economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators.
Translate IDfy's product capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROI stories for each client.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Become IDfy's eyes and ears in the Philippines synthesizing competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, and client feedback into actionable product and GTM insights.
Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless client delivery and continued value realization.
