Role Description

The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies and drive revenue growth for projects based in Entertainment City. Key responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales plans, training and coaching the sales team, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a contract, on-site role located in Taguig, requiring the candidate to actively participate in daily team activities and client engagements.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, with a focus on training and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic planning, market analysis, and project management expertise
  • Background in the real estate industry or related sectors is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site and collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
