Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of sales related work experiences
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build effective client relationships
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in providing client Training to ensure effective product usage
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently when required
- Familiarity with smart home technology or IoT products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners; oversee account acquisition and closing.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily sales performance, conduct client meetings, and deliver product presentations.
- Collaboration: Work with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify and align with market opportunities.
- Reporting: Forecast sales metrics, analyze performance data, and ensure effective implementation of the sales process.
