We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead our business development and B2B sales efforts in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, establishing client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the SEA region.
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
