Job Description

The Sales Manager at LITEPANEL will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans for the region. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring the team meets sales targets and expands its market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Cebu head office and other regional offices to ensure alignment in sales strategies and company goals.
  • Logistics and Collections Support: Oversee and support logistics, order fulfillment, and collections in coordination with the main office and distributors.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • A strong understanding of CRM systems (Monday.com experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
