Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts at Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. This on-site role is based in Quezon City. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing a team of sales professionals. The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, set sales targets, and provide mentorship to the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in client management, relationship building, and customer service
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and performance monitoring
  • Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City
  • Background in the petroleum or energy industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
