PHirst Park Homes is one of the fastest-growing affordable housing developers in the Philippines, anchored in Century Properties Group. We are expanding our international and OFW buyer sales channels and need a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute on the ground.

This role is anchored to CMA and is built for a sales leader who can manage international buyer accounts, activate accredited agents, and drive channel performance across OFW and overseas markets.

What you will do

• Manage and grow international buyer accounts and OFW market pipelines

• Activate and support accredited international and overseas Filipino agents

• Drive channel sales performance across key international markets

• Execute buyer engagement strategies with strong follow-through and closing

• Coordinate with internal teams on lead routing, documentation, and deal closure

• Monitor sales targets and ensure consistent performance across your channel

What we need

• Real estate sales experience with international or OFW market exposure

• Strong network of accredited international buyers or overseas agents

• Channel management and partner activation experience

• Mid to senior-level sales maturity with strong closing skills

• Ability to manage remote buyer relationships and distributed agent networks

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong advantage

• Background as an International Sales Manager or OFW channel leader

• Experience in structured real estate or developer sales environments

• Established international buyer or OFW market network

• Familiar with property expos, international roadshows, or diaspora marketing
