Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Metro Manila - Alabang, Muntinlupa. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales plans. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication to align team objectives with company goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Planning, and Account Management
- Team Leadership and People Management skills to oversee and motivate the sales team
- Strong Business Development and Client Relationship Management abilities
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly preferred
- With a ready team of 3-5 agents each
