Position Overview
The
Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of the sales team across
Metro Manila, North, and South Projects. This role is tasked with achieving sales targets, implementing growth strategies, and ensuring that sales agents are equipped with the right tools, guidance, and motivation to succeed.
The Sales Manager will align sales strategies with overall business objectives, while ensuring strong execution in the field. The role requires a results-driven leader with excellent people management skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to mentor and inspire sales agents to consistently deliver outstanding results.
Geographic Focus
The Sales Manager will maximize opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence in
Metro Manila, North Luzon, and South Luzon, building and leading a sales force that drives sustainable growth in these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to Metro Manila, North, and South Projects.
- Monitor sales performance, track metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and development programs to enhance agent capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of sales agents to sustain team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales campaigns and promotions effectively support the team's goals.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing and motivating sales teams, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Real estate industry experience is required for this position.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
