Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Car Sales Specialist, based in Quezon City who will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and converting sales leads into successful vehicle purchases. The role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experience within the automotive industry. The specialist will be expected to resolve customer issues effectively, maintain professional communication, and actively contribute to the success of the sales process through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or sales (automotive industry experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Experience with automotive-specific CRM systems is an advatange
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience required
• Call centre or phone support experience is essential
• Business proficient level English communication skills required
