Job Description

Opportunity Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including presentation, proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new client opportunities in strategic verticals (e.g., telco, fintech, logistics, retail).
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across BPO, shared services, and IT staffing solutions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client escalations, renewals, and account expansions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and solutions teams to tailor pitches and develop strategic proposals.
  • Feed market insights into product and service innovation discussions.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with Solutions, Delivery, HR, and Legal to ensure seamless handover and onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in BPO, shared services, or tech services.
  • Must have experience in actual selling of services.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in complex solution selling environments.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in selling to enterprise or multinational clients is an advantage.
  • Comfortable navigating sales cycles involving RFPs, SLAs, and procurement procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
