Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Taguig, Philippines. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, lead a team of sales professionals, and drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaboration with multiple departments to optimize the sales process and ensure alignment with company objectives is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development strategies
  • Strong skills in Team Leadership, Coaching, and Mentorship
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Competitor Analysis
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, specifically sustainable developments, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience creating and delivering effective sales strategies and targets
