As part of the Ayala Land group, our sales leaders are given the opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of residential developments across multiple market segments. In addition to Alveo Land projects, qualified sales leaders may also market select Ayala Land Premier developments, allowing them to serve a broader range of investors, end-users, and high-net-worth clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong sales, leadership, recruitment, or business development background
• Proven ability to build relationships and expand professional networks
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for coaching and developing people
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
• Real estate experience is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates from banking, insurance, wealth management, luxury retail, automotive, and other relationship-driven industries
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage but not required
Leadership Expectations
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of three (3) Property Specialists
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Drive team productivity and sales growth
• Build a sustainable recruitment and lead-generation pipeline
• Promote a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability
