Role Description

We are seeking Key Account Sales Managers for a full-time, on-site role located in the following areas:

  • Cebu
  • Negros
  • Western Visayas
  • South Mindanao

The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to increase sales and achieve company goals. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, monitoring account performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with other departments to meet clients unique needs and create tailored appliance solutions while consistently pushing for growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Account Management: Proven skills in account management, sales strategy development, and revenue generation.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, a customer-focused approach, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge and Business Acumen: Understanding of the appliance or consumer electronics industry, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and time management to oversee multiple accounts effectively.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Experience in leading initiatives, collaborating with teams, and fostering relationships internally and externally for shared success.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience in the appliance or retail industry is a strong advantage.
