The role includes ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable, monitoring expenses and deposits, and maintaining accurate reporting. The Corporate Manager leads and develops staff through coaching, performance management, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Additionally, the role handles customer concerns, implements marketing initiatives including online promotions, manages social media engagement, and acts as a key liaison between management and branch employees to ensure effective communication and execution of business objectives.
