WealthBridge Corporate Services is looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. We are a dynamic Singapore-based corporate services provider supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with entrepreneurs, and introducing them to our suite of corporate, accounting, and secretarial services.
This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote work and office days at our Alabang location.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Research and target potential SME clients in need of Singaporean corporate services.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of business owners and present WealthBridge solutions that align with their goals.
- Lead Management: Schedule and coordinate initial consultation meetings between prospective clients and our senior management or technical teams.
- CRM Maintenance: Diligently track all lead activities, updates, and follow-ups within our CRM system to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to help refine our outreach strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and conversion metrics to the Management team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage professionally with C-level executives
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to handle rejection with resilience
- Basic understanding of corporate services or the Singaporean business landscape is an advantage
- Must be willing to report to the Alabang office
- Chinese-speaking ability is an advantage but not required
