Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of low-revenue accounts (under $5,000).
  • Conduct regular outreach via calls, emails, or Zoom to maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist with order placement for ebooks and hard copies.
  • Vet and route new customer inquiries to the right Sales Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records and opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Support invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive year-over-year growth.

Qualifications

  • At least2 years of Inside Sales or Account Managementexperience (B2B preferred).
  • Experience in acorporate or international sales environmentis an advantage.
  • Excellentcommunication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strongtime management, organization, and problem-solvingabilities.
  • Proficient inMS Officeand familiar withCRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • English proficiencyrequired
