Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through strategic business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand business objectives and recommend tailored media solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation through project execution and post-sales support.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Creative, and Project Management teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience in any of the following industries is highly preferred:
Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising
Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH)
Advertising and Marketing Agencies
Media Sales
Digital Marketing
Broadcast Media
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
