Arudra Maintenance & Supplies Inc., the Philippines subsidiary of Arudra Engineers Pvt. Ltd., is looking for an experienced Industrial Coatings Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our Industrial Coatings Division and drive business growth across key industrial sectors.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in industrial protective coatings sales is highly preferred.
- Exposure to one or more of the following industries:
- Power Generation
- Water & Wastewater Treatment
- Fertilizer
- Chemical & Process Industries
- Experience in business development, technical sales, and key account management.
- Ability to work with plant owners, EPC contractors, consultants, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Arudra's Industrial Coatings Division.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across industrial sectors.
- Provide technical product presentations and recommend suitable coating solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and application teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Preferred Candidate
- Previous industrial B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project development.
- Must be currently based in the Philippines.
- Candidates with 3–4 years of experience in industrial coatings sales are preferred.
