Job Summary

The Junior IT / Network Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting AWB Networks product portfolio to prospective and existing clients. This role focuses on B2B sales, account management, and solution selling for wireless, wired, and enterprise networking solutions.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, technology, and building a career in the IT and networking industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote AWB Networks product portfolio including routers, switches, access points, wireless connectivity solutions, and enterprise network infrastructure products.
  • Handle B2B sales and account management for resellers, system integrators, and business clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT and network solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Assist in product demonstrations and client meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to deliver appropriate customer solutions.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, products, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in IT sales, B2B sales, account management, channel sales, or technology solutions.
  • Knowledge or interest in networking, telecom, wireless solutions, or enterprise networking solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
