Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Executive is primarily responsible in establishing and sustaining healthy business relationship with the company's clients. He/She will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by identifying, understanding, and attending to their specific needs and requirements. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Management

  • Acquire new leads/opportunities for TERRASERV products and services via saturation, call outs and other sales and marketing strategies
  • Identify, progress, and lead closure of opportunities to translate them into sales in order to hit monthly target
  • Create complete Account Profiles and well-defined Account Plans for all assigned accounts
  • Execute, follow through and complete projects within assigned coverage
  • Plan and execute penetration activities for competitor accounts
  • Achieve the monthly target and cultivate new accounts

Account Management

  • Ensure Client–TERRASERV relationship is intact at all times by attending to after-sales
  • Regularly visit all assigned accounts and build relationships with contact persons and decision-makers
  • Attend to all service outages and client service complaints and work internally towards their resolution
  • Uncover new/additional service requirements of customers and up sell new/additional services
  • Assist in the collection of overdue billings of all accounts handled
  • Effectively recommend and sell complex solutions to clients
  • Report potential and actual churn and make corresponding efforts to retain client (avoid disconnections)
  • Work closely with marketing for feedback on the data/internet/managed services market
  • Revenue Generation/Business Profitability
  • Submit weekly Call itinerary and activity, and pipeline updates report, along with other necessary reports that may be required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • With Bachelor's degree in BA Marketing, BA Management, Engineering Computer/Telecommunication, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field
  • At least 1 to 2 years work experience in Telco Sales, ICT or any related industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Has strong problem-solving skills and good attention to detail
  • Preferably with driver's license

Work Arrangement: Monday to Friday (Onsite)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Compensation: up to 45,000
