Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Manoc-Manoc. The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, including hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, and food processors, by promoting Hightower's product lines and identifying new sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include visiting customers, presenting product options, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in alignment with company targets. The role also involves monitoring inventory availability, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries, and addressing customer concerns or service issues promptly. The Sales Executive will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide market feedback to help improve product offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in food distribution, or related industries.
  • Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term partnerships with diverse customers.
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in meeting with clients on-site and representing the company professionally.
  • Comfort with basic sales reporting, order tracking, and use of digital tools or CRM systems to manage leads and customer information.
  • Knowledge of food products, cold-chain logistics, or hospitality and retail operations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • High school diploma required; a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
