Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, innovative Sales Executive to join our growing team in Iloilo. This isn't your typical hard sell rolewe are looking for a consultant who understands B2B value-based selling. You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying client pain points and presenting creative, high-impact solutions to senior-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute consultative, value-based sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct high-level telephone sales, engaging comfortably and professionally with senior executives.
- Demonstrate innovation and creativity in deal structuring to maximize revenue.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to closing and relationship management.
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Completion of at least 2nd year College (Undergraduate).
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B value-based and consultative selling.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be highly effective at telephone sales at a senior/executive level.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to demonstrate creativity in maximizing revenue from both new prospects and long-term customers.

Setup: Hybrid (Home-based with 2 days RTO in Iloilo).
Shift: Flexible.
