Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Cebu with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client visits and office work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, schedule and conduct sales presentations, and promote ENTECH's Integrated Pest Management, Professional Cleaning, and Environmental Solutions. The role includes preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets and pricing guidelines. The Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and coordinate with operations and technical teams to support service delivery. The role also involves tracking sales activities using CRM or internal tools, preparing regular reports and forecasts, and staying informed about industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in environmental services, facilities management, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical or service-based solutions, and to match client needs with ENTECH's service portfolio.
  • Comfort with fieldwork, client visits, and a hybrid work setup in Cebu, including basic proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, online meeting platforms).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
