Key Responsibilities:
Generating new business by identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing ones, negotiating contracts, and overseeing site inspections to showcase the hotel's facilities,
Maximize revenue by achieving sales targets through strategic marketing and client engagement; collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and represent the hotel at industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and amenities to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to secure bookings while maximizing profitability.
Prepare customized proposals outlining pricing, services, and packages to meet specific client needs.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management on sales trends and forecasts.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
Together with Marketing, represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build industry connections
Actively seek out new clients through fieldwork and networking
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related course
Preferably with 2 to 3 years experience in Sales
Had an experience working in a Hotel Industry is advantageous
With strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sales leads, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently
Awareness of local market dynamics, competitor, and industry trends
Understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation strategies, and closing techniques.
Willing to work in the field
Amenable to work in Angeles City, Pampanga
