Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive with experience in private aviation or air charter sales. The ideal candidate will act as a Closer, working closely with our appointment setters to convert qualified leads into high-value clients. This role requires strong sales skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to deliver concierge-level service to a discerning clientele.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified and warm leads provided by appointment setters and convert them into closed sales.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing personalized and professional service throughout the sales process.
- Present and promote private aviation and charter services to potential clients.
- Manage a pipeline of leads, conduct consistent follow-ups, and ensure timely responses.
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience for clients who expect premium service.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably involving high-value products or services.
- Experience in private or business aviation, charter brokerage, or air charter sales is highly preferred.
- Background in luxury, travel, real estate (vacation packages), hospitality, or other premium industries will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and confident, professional presence.
- Skilled in concierge-style selling, providing personalized, high-touch support throughout the sales process.
- Proven ability to manage pipelines, follow up on leads, and close high-value sales.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering a premium client experience.
