Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Makati.
- The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with enterprise customers.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client logistics needs, proposing tailored Inteluck solutions, preparing and following up on quotations and contracts, and coordinating with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
- The role will also involve tracking sales performance, updating CRM records, providing accurate forecasts, and gathering market and competitor insights to support strategy.
- The Sales Executive is expected to cultivate long-term customer relationships, meet or exceed sales targets, and uphold Inteluck's standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, transportation, contract logistics or related industries.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Ability to understand and articulate logistics, freight, and supply chain services in clear, business-focused terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong relationship-building and account management capabilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic sales reporting, forecasting, and data tracking.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Makati, with flexibility to travel to client locations as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Southeast Asian market are a plus.
