Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop strategies to boost bookings and revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote hotel services
  • Promote seasonal packages and special offers

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Manage accounts and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Customize services to meet client needs
  • Address and resolve booking or event-related concerns

Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Negotiate rates and terms for bookings and events
  • Prepare and finalize client contracts
  • Ensure compliance with agreed terms

Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate on promotional materials and digital content
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events
  • Enhance brand visibility through social media and networking

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Event & Group Sales

  • Support group bookings for conferences, weddings, and other events
  • Coordinate logistics with internal departments
  • Handle event-related inquiries and negotiations

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in hotel sales or similar role
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Skilled in problem-solving and multitasking
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
