Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop strategies to boost bookings and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote hotel services
- Promote seasonal packages and special offers
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Manage accounts and respond to inquiries promptly
- Customize services to meet client needs
- Address and resolve booking or event-related concerns
Negotiation & Contract Management
- Negotiate rates and terms for bookings and events
- Prepare and finalize client contracts
- Ensure compliance with agreed terms
Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate on promotional materials and digital content
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events
- Enhance brand visibility through social media and networking
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Event & Group Sales
- Support group bookings for conferences, weddings, and other events
- Coordinate logistics with internal departments
- Handle event-related inquiries and negotiations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Skilled in problem-solving and multitasking
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
