Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies tailored to the Western Mindanaomarket.
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with corporate, industrial, and institutional clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations, client visits, and negotiations across assigned territories.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business developments in Western Mindanao.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, SCM, and Technical) for order fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to management.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events within the assigned areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 23 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in [insert industry, e.g.,

HVAC, equipment, FMCG, etc.).

  • Fluent in Chavacano, Tagalog, and English both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and regional market awareness.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel extensively within Western Mindanao.

Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Location: Western Mindanao (Zamboanga Peninsula and nearby areas)

Salary Range: Php 19,000 to 25,000
