Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for managing business-to-business (B2B) sales
operations within Western Mindanao, covering Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del
Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga Sibugay, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.
The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new
business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate must be fluent
in Chavacano, Tagalog, and English, and capable of effectively communicating with
diverse clients and stakeholders in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies tailored to the Western Mindanao
market.
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with corporate, industrial, and
institutional clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent
client satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations, client visits, and negotiations across assigned
territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business developments in
Western Mindanao.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, SCM, and Technical) for
order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to
management.
- Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events within
the assigned areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 23 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in [insert industry, e.g.,
HVAC, equipment, FMCG, etc.]).
- Fluent in Chavacano, Tagalog, and English both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent customer service orientation and regional market awareness.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel extensively within Western Mindanao.
