Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Cebu. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and drive end-to-end sales cycles for SAP and related IT solutions. This role involves conducting client meetings and demos, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with pre-sales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions address client needs and can be implemented effectively. The role also includes maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, providing regular account updates, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline management, ideally within IT, software, or ERP solutions.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis, craft tailored solution proposals, and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with decision-makers at various levels.
- Comfortable working with sales tools and CRM systems to document activities, forecast sales, and track performance.
- Understanding of ERP, cloud solutions, or enterprise software concepts; experience with SAP products is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cebu and travel to client locations as needed.
