PERIMETER
Responsible for Supporting the Commercial Manager in achieving the Sales revenue target in the Philippines.
1. ROLE (contribution, added value)
- Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, Philippines; this position is responsible for achieving the company's Sales target and growth through Business Planning.
2. ACTIVITIES
- Responsible for the achievement of Sales Revenue of Lens business.
- Sustains/ Exceed Sales target in a specified area.
- Contribute in developing the Sales strategy on a specific area for growth of existing account and possible strategies in the area.
- Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and on-going business opportunities.
- Customer Account Management, including pre and post sales activities, customer relationship building, preparation of sales proposals/quotations, sales contracts and accounts receivable management.
- Contribute in collecting and analyzing the competitor's sales and marketing information for strategy making and action plan formulation.
- Contribute to the formulation and analysis of marketing strategies, industry trend and competition strategies.
- Contribute in implementing sales, training and marketing plans and strategies to expand the market share.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
3. RELATIONS
- This position interacts closely with Customers, Marketing Department, Finance
- Department, Customer Service Department, Production Department and Logistics Department.

6. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Graduate of Doctor of Optometry
- Minimum of 0 - 1 year Sales/Marketing Experience required.
7. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Mobility: travelling within a specific area is required (approx. 90%).
