Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Darong, Santa Cruz. The Sales Executive will oversee daily sales activities including identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Responsibilities also include conducting market research to recognize sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and preparing reports for management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals is also integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the organic or agricultural supply sector is a plus
  • International sales experience is an advantage.
