Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads only (existing or past customersno cold calling)
  • Engage with inbound leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Represent ENRGTECH as the first point of contact with domestic and international C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Build credibility through strategic research and preparation
  • Support lead generation improvements by participating in leadership discussions

Qualifications

  • Sales experience is required
  • No degree neededwhat matters is attitude, reliability, and motivation
  • Tenacious, driven, and able to build customer trust
  • Strong team player, adaptable to different personalities
  • Warm, coachable, and willing to learn through trial and error
  • Committed to long-term growth within a fast-scaling company
  • Excellent command of English (native or business fluent)

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong basic computer skills
  • Additional European language skills
