Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Manila for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for leveraging technical knowledge to support the sales process, including identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and providing technical assistance. The role includes maintaining relationships with clients, facilitating pre- and post-sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and assisting clients with technical solutions
• Experience in providing Technical Support with problem-solving skills
• Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and teams
• Prior experience or aptitude in Sales and Customer Service
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with electrical and electronic systems or relevant technical expertise is a plus
