We are hiring a Sales Director for International Sales.

This role is anchored to CMA and is built for a leader who can drive overseas Filipino worker and international buyer sales, strengthen channel and partner relationships, and deliver consistent performance across international sales channels.

What you will do

• Lead sales growth and execution across international and OFW buyer segments

• Build, develop, and manage international sales channels and partner networks

• Strengthen international buyer engagement, follow-through, and closing performance

• Drive accredited agent and partner activation across key international markets

• Work with internal teams on priorities, coordination, and performance visibility

• Strengthen international sales structure, momentum, and accountability

What we need

• Strong real estate sales leadership experience

• International sales, OFW market, or overseas buyer channel experience

• Channel development and partner management capability

• Director-level maturity or strong director-ready sales leadership

• Ability to manage distributed and remote channel structures

• Clear communication and senior leadership presence

Strong advantage

• Sales Director, International Sales Director, OFW Sales Head, or strong international channel leader

• Developer-side or structured real estate background

• Established international buyer or OFW market network

• Experience managing international sales teams or accredited overseas agents
