Director of Sales:

The Director of Sales oversees the overall sales performance of the company's real estate projects, ensuring revenue targets are met. The role includes leading the sales team and developing strategies to drive project sales. Strong leadership and proven real estate sales experience are essential.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of real estate sales experience as a Sales Director
  • Strong background in property development (residential)
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and customer behavior.
  • Strong network within the real estate brokerage community.
