Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degreein any field (Business or BS Real Estate Management is a plus!).
  • Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker.
  • Proven track recordinReal Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skillsto inspire and drive teams.
  • 4+ years of experience leading sales teams, with expertise in:
  1. Recruiting, training, and coachingtop-tier sales professionals.
