Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Cebu. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales professionals, and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Director will also play a key role in developing training programs and monitoring team performance to ensure exceptional customer experience and business success.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Team Management, with a focus on leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to design and execute successful sales initiatives
  • Experienced in the real estate industry
  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
