The Sales Director is responsible for leading and driving the sales division to achieve company targets, managing and developing sales teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role combines strategic planning, team management, and direct sales execution to maximize revenue, foster talent growth, and uphold Empire East's professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve division and company targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Officers and Salespersons to ensure productivity and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing guidance and feedback.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance of sales teams, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Support members in client presentations, sales closings, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure professional after-sales service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in real estate or high-value transactions.
- Strong strategic thinking, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms and managing teams even when not directly on-site is a plus.
- Professional, ethical, and results-driven.
- Willing to work onsite and travel around our showrooms and projects in Metro Manila
