About the Role
The Area Sales Director handles the smooth and seamless day-to-day sales operations/administration functions by driving results and ensuring successful conversion of sales transactions to revenue and profit. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, training, and developing highly engaged Sales Managers to sell ALVEO properties effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day sales operations and administration functions.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any course with management/leadership background; Licensed Broker preferred.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in real estate development or sales supervision.
Required Skills
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Equipped with critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent people and organizational management; builds strong client and seller rapport.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong business and financial acumen (sales computations, market trends, operations).
- Capable of handling non-critical to complex sales-related tasks and issues.
- Demonstrates leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented, especially in sales and payment term computations.
- Effective in cross-functional coordination and collaboration.
- Possesses strong sales and marketing foresight.
Preferred Skills
- Preferably licensed Real Estate Broker.
