Role Description
Are you an aspiring sales or marketing professional who hates spray and pray outreach We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to own the bridge between our marketing insights and our sales conversations.
This isn't just a dialing role. You will be the architect of our monthly outreach campaigns, leveraging global events and high-value content to start meaningful conversations with the world's leading companies.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Ownership: Lead 3–5 monthly outbound campaigns from start to finish—managing everything from prospect targeting to meeting generation across cold outreach and market activations.
- Strategic Promotion: Boost brand influence by turning marketing assets (brochures, case studies, newsletters) into tailored outreach sequences that resonate with specific audience segments.
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Act as an outreach expert, adapting messaging across LinkedIn, industry communities, and events to maximize engagement and response rates.
- Strategic Calendar Execution: Execute our 2026 campaign roadmap, leveraging industry conferences and global observances (e.g., Tech Week) as high-leverage outreach hooks.
- High-Impact Lead Gen: Drive pipeline growth through high-activity outreach, ensuring all booked meetings align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Opportunity Score criteria.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless lead handovers and provide front-line feedback to improve campaign assets.
- CRM & Reporting Discipline: Maintain impeccable data integrity within HubSpot, logging all activities and tracking campaign performance to ensure measurable growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years in a Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Lead Generation, or Marketing role.
- Tech Stack: Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred.
- Experience using sales intelligence tools (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo).
- Past involvement in event-based marketing or conference lead generation.
