In this role, you are the first point of contact for our customers and a key driver of our sales pipeline. You will balance high-quality inbound support with lead discovery, identifying which inquiries have the potential to become long-term clients. Your goal is to provide helpful service while strategically qualifying and transitioning prospects to our sales team.
Core Responsibilities
- Inquiry Management: Act as the face of the company by responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or live chat with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Lead Discovery: Conduct strategic discovery during service interactions. You'll ask the right questions to uncover a customer's specific needs, budget, and timeline.
- Qualification: Analyze inquiries to separate general questions from high-potential, sales-ready leads based on our internal company criteria.
- Appointment Setting: Act as a bridge between curiosity and closing. Smoothly transition qualified prospects to the Sales or Account Management teams by scheduling consultations or product demos.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain a clean and detailed database. Capture and log prospect pain points and contact info accurately in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Follow-Up Campaigns: Proactively re-engage with cold or stale leads who previously showed interest to see if their business needs have evolved.
