A growing Australian marketing and growth consultancy is seeking a Paid Media Specialist (Meta) to own the execution and performance of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
The business helps service-based organisations maximise recurring revenue, strengthen brand presence, and improve client retention through structured systems and high-performance marketing execution. As paid media continues to scale, they require a specialist who can take full ownership of Meta campaign delivery while collaborating closely with strategy and account teams.
This is a delivery-focused role with long-term growth potential for someone who demonstrates leadership capability.
You will own Meta campaign performance end-to-end — from setup to optimisation to reporting and insights.
Set up, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Build structured campaigns including audiences, creatives, placements, and budgets
Implement structured testing frameworks across creative, messaging, and audience segments
Manage campaign pacing and budget allocation
Monitor campaigns daily and optimise toward key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL)
Identify underperforming elements and implement corrective strategies
Scale high-performing campaigns strategically
Adjust targeting and creative direction based on data insights
Prepare clear, structured performance reports
Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations
Maintain dashboards and consistent reporting cadence
Provide performance insights to account managers and leadership
Work closely with account managers and strategists
Align campaign execution with broader marketing objectives
Provide creative feedback based on performance data
Support campaign planning through data-backed insights
Contribute to paid media workflow improvements
Support documentation of best practices
Demonstrate initiative and leadership potential as the paid media function scales

Are based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role
Have proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns end-to-end
Have strong understanding of campaign setup, audience building, optimisation, and scaling
Are confident analysing performance data and translating insights into action
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Can take ownership of performance outcomes independently
Experience running paid campaigns targeting the Australian market
Exposure to additional paid channels (Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Familiarity with CRM and funnel platforms such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot
Ambition to grow into a senior or leadership position
Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Australian business hours)
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates only
