Location: Remote (Philippines)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (UK time)
Salary: ₱800,000 per year base salary
Uncapped Commission: ₱800 per meeting booked
Expected performance: 20–25 meetings booked per month
Estimated On Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately ₱990,000 - ₱1,000,000 per year
Reporting To: Head of Accountant Partnerships

Reducer is a cost management company partnering with accountants to help save their clients money on their utilities.
Small to medium-sized businesses in the UK often pay more than they should for essential services such as energy, water, telecoms and other utilities. By partnering with accountants, Reducer connects directly to a business's accounting software, analysing spend data and identifying areas where clients can save money.
We then guide businesses through switching or renegotiating their contracts, making it simple for them to reduce overheads without spending hours researching suppliers.

This role is fully remote but involves working closely with the UK team through regular communication and collaboration.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role will be to generate new partnership opportunities with accounting firms in the UK.
You will be responsible for contacting accountants and booking meetings for our Accountant Partnership Managers (APMs), who will then present Reducer's platform and partnership opportunities.
You will be given targeted lists of accountants and contacts, and your job will be to reach out to them using a combination of phone calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality meetings.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, thrives on targets, and wants to build a long-term career in business development.
