Job Description

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (UK time)

Salary: ₱800,000 per year base salary

Uncapped Commission: ₱800 per meeting booked

Expected performance: 20–25 meetings booked per month

Estimated On Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately ₱990,000 - ₱1,000,000 per year

Reporting To: Head of Accountant Partnerships

Start Date: As soon as possible

Reducer is a cost management company partnering with accountants to help save their clients money on their utilities.

Small to medium-sized businesses in the UK often pay more than they should for essential services such as energy, water, telecoms and other utilities. By partnering with accountants, Reducer connects directly to a business's accounting software, analysing spend data and identifying areas where clients can save money.

We then guide businesses through switching or renegotiating their contracts, making it simple for them to reduce overheads without spending hours researching suppliers.

This role is fully remote but involves working closely with the UK team through regular communication and collaboration.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role will be to generate new partnership opportunities with accounting firms in the UK.

You will be responsible for contacting accountants and booking meetings for our Accountant Partnership Managers (APMs), who will then present Reducer's platform and partnership opportunities.

You will be given targeted lists of accountants and contacts, and your job will be to reach out to them using a combination of phone calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality meetings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, thrives on targets, and wants to build a long-term career in business development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Cold call accountants across the UK to introduce Reducer and generate interest
  • Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn to build relationships with potential partners
  • Book meetings between accountants and Reducer's partnership managers

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
  • Track outreach activity and ensure consistent engagement with potential partners
  • Manage ongoing communication with accountants who show interest in Reducer

Success in the first 6 Months

  • Consistently booking 20–25 qualified meetings per month
  • Building a strong pipeline of accounting firms
  • Creating repeatable outreach strategies that generate interest

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the partnerships team to ensure smooth handovers of booked meetings
  • Provide feedback from conversations with accountants to help improve outreach strategies

Requirements

Must Have

  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience with proven success in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting
  • Excellent spoken English and professional phone manner
  • Experience booking meetings for senior sales teams
  • Confidence speaking with business professionals
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
  • Ability to work UK hours (9am–5pm)

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience working with UK clients
  • Experience working in the energy sector

  • LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
  • CRM and outreach tools used for managing pipelines and tracking activity

Career Progression

Successful SDRs who consistently perform well and demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills will have the opportunity to progress into an Accountant Partnership Manager (APM) role.

APMs manage relationships with accounting firms and help grow long-term partnerships that bring new clients to Reducer.
