About the Role:

The Lead Intelligence Analyst is responsible for building, enriching, and validating high-quality prospect and account data that directly supports demand generation and outbound sales efforts. This role plays a critical part in enabling pipeline growth by ensuring that lead generation teams are equipped with accurate, relevant, and actionable data.

 

Beyond data execution, the role focuses on translating research into targeted lead intelligence, improving how the business identifies, engages, and converts potential customers.

 

What You'll Do:

Lead Intelligence & Prospecting

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists aligned to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), industries, and campaign objectives
  • Identify key decision-makers, stakeholders, and buying groups within target accounts
  • Conduct structured account research to support outbound and account-based initiatives

Data Enrichment & Quality Management

  • Cleanse, validate, and enrich lead and account data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
  • Maintain high-quality and structured records within CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ensure data integrity by removing duplicates, correcting inconsistencies, and standardizing formats

Market Research & Opportunity Identification

  • Perform research across industries, companies, and markets to identify new business opportunities
  • Identify buying signals such as expansion plans, hiring activity, funding, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Support segmentation strategies to improve targeting precision

Campaign Enablement

  • Work closely with Lead Generation Specialists to align prospect data with campaign strategies
  • Support outbound initiatives by ensuring data is relevant, timely, and campaign-ready
  • Contribute to improving outreach quality and engagement through better targeting

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and monitor data quality, lead performance, and campaign-related metrics
  • Provide insights to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion outcomes
  • Support reporting requirements related to pipeline generation and demand generation performance

 

What You'll Bring:

 

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation support, data research, sales operations, or demand generation
  • Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with prospecting and data sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and validation

Core Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Understanding of how data supports sales, pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong collaboration skills across Demand Generation, Sales, and Marketing teams

Good to Have

  • Exposure to outbound lead generation or sales development workflows
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches
  • Understanding of technology solution areas such as Cloud, Data & AI, or Cybersecurity
