Sales Development Representative

WE'RE HIRING: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Event Outreach & Lead Generation

Are you an experienced SDR who enjoys connecting with decision-makers, starting conversations, and generating interest without being overly salesy

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to support an exciting outbound campaign promoting a flagship e-commerce industry event in Nashville, TN.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reach out to targeted B2B prospects through cold email, LinkedIn, calls, and SMS

• Engage business leaders in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, fintech, and specialty sectors

• Invite qualified prospects to a free, educational industry event featuring expert speakers, trends, networking, and TED-style talks

• Follow up with interested prospects and help secure event registrations

• Handle responses and objections in a professional, consultative way

• Track outreach and activity using Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, and VoIP tools

• Work independently while collaborating with a U.S.-based leadership team

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in SDR, B2B lead generation, outbound sales, appointment setting, or event outreach

Excellent written and spoken English

Experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach

Familiarity with tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar

Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Comfortable working with prospect lists and Excel

Professional, engaging, and consultative communication style

Compensation: $7 USD/hour

Location: Remote — Philippines

Schedule: Flexible — no minimum hours commitment

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Weekly Check-In: Approximately 11 PM–12 AM PHT
