- Experience working in a VA outsourcing environment is highly valued.
- Candidates with experience in outsourcing or agency settings will be highly prioritized.
- Hunter Mentality: Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment; comfortable driving outbound strategies and closing deals independently.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a talent for building trust quickly.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable using CRM platformsGoHighLevel experience strongly preferred.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to identify revenue opportunities across multiple brands and client verticals.
